I totally get that sometimes life's waves can pull you in unexpected directions. If you find yourself needing to reschedule or cancel your time with me, no worries! Just shoot me a text or click the link in your booking confirmation to let me know. Doing it at least 24 hours before your appointment would be super cool and appreciated. 🌊

Now, I totally get that things can get a bit unpredictable, but if cancelling last minute becomes a bit of a habit (less than 24 hours notice), I'll need to ask for a 50% deposit for future appointments. It's non-refundable and non-transferable, just to keep things fair for everyone. And, if you miss your appointment without giving me a heads up, I'll need the full cost of the missed appointment before you can book your next relaxation session.

Running a bit late? No stress! Just send me a quick text. But remember, if you're more than 10 minutes late, I might have to shorten your treatment or reschedule to another time when I can give you the full experience. 🌴💙

I totally love punctuality, but my cosy salon is a bit like a secret beach spot, intimate and serene, without the space for a waiting area. So, if you could aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes early, that’d be super cool. 🌴

And, while I love the good company of friends, my space is more of a solo retreat. If it’s just you booked in for some self-care time, let’s keep it one-on-one. Unless, of course, you're bringing a buddy for back-to-back treatments – then it's all good! This way, we keep the space as serene as the sea at sunrise.

I’m all about making your appointment feel like a mini-vacay, a chance to kick back and enjoy some 'me' time. Ideally, it's a little break where you can leave the hustle and the bustle (and the kiddos) at the door. But hey, sometimes bringing your little one along is the only way to make it work, and that's totally cool with me.

If you do need to bring your mini-me, just make sure they've got something to keep them occupied and happy while you're getting pampered and ensure they steer clear of the equipment and chemicals.
